Recipe:
40ml Toca Vida Gin
10ml Limoncello
10ml Lime Juice
15ml Grenadine
50ml Dry Sparkling Wine
Garnish: Rosemary Spring & Lemon Slice
Directions:
Fill your wine glass with cubed ice.
Add all ingredients, except for sparkling wine. Stir to incorporate.
Add more ice to top (this means your drinks is perfectly chilled from first to last sip - no watery drinks here!)
Top with your sparkling wine.
Garnish with rosemary sprig and lemon slice and enjoy!
